The Vocational Rehabilitation Process The Client Assistance Program (CAP) CAP protects the legal rights of people who apply for or already are clients of Utahs Vocational Rehabilitation agency.

CAP has prepared this guide to help clients and applicants through the Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) process. This guide answers some basic questions. The Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Services (DVRS) helps people with disabilities achieve their goals for employment and independence.
